• Personalized individual sessions. The program includes 12,  60-minute virtual weekly sessions. I will provide you with notes following each session for your reference throughout the week. 
  • Customized mentoring. I will provide you with tailored action plans for your health needs. We will make specific attainable goals that build lifelong behavior changes. We will “tweak” your plans over the course of the program to ensure lasting success.
  • Recipes for your desired way of eating. I don’t believe in diets, I believe in well balanced meals. The great thing about this way of eating is that it is not restrictive. You will be selective, not restricted. 
  • Lifestyle modification guidance. Healthy living is more than just healthy eating. I will guide you on ways to improve other core areas of well-being that may apply to you. These areas may include sleep, physical activity, stress reduction, self-image, relationships, and boundary setting. 
  • Email support between sessions. In crisis, struggling to stay on track, email me and I will guide you through to stay focused on your goals. 
  • Additional resources and materials to support your changes. This may include articles, videos, reading recommendations, handouts, supportive services.
