Whether you are just starting and arenā€™t ready to commit to a long term plan or have more experience in behavior changes and just need a refresher to motivate you. I can help get you started on your journey.
12-WEEK CHANGE SOLIDIFIER
It takes an average of 9 weeks for a behavior change to become automatic and up to 6 months to become habit. This is a 12-week program to guide you all the way to a sustainable transformation.
